What about a Cup Cake Decorating Activity....?
You will have to either buy or make enough cupcakes for all the Mums, and make sure she has all the ingredients for lots of fun and colourful decorating.
You could let the Mums draw a topper for their cupcake, cut out and glue onto a toothpick and place on the cupcake. Let your imagination guide you through this activity, I’m sure everyone will have a yummy time.

Actually that would be a great craft cos then you can make your own morning tea!
If you wanted to you could get people to bring stuff to decorate with too, like piping bags, cachous etc
